💼 About the Role

This is not a standard EA role.

You will work directly with the Founder, managing his day-to-day execution, communication, and internal coordination across multiple business verticals.

You’ll operate as :

👩💼 Executive Assistant (calendar, priorities, communication)

🏗️ Founder’s Office Associate (projects, coordination, reporting)

Over time, the role has a clear growth path to Chief of Staff, but right now the focus is on discipline, structure, communication, and operational speed.

🎯 What You Will Own

1️⃣ Calendar, Scheduling & Founder Enablement

📅 Own the founder’s daily and weekly calendar.

🎯 Prioritise meetings based on strategic importance.

🤝 Coordinate across internal teams, partners, IITs, enterprise clients, and leadership.

🧠 Ensure the founder is always prepared for every call, meeting, review, and decision.

2️⃣ Internal Coordination Across Teams

🪄 Act as the communication bridge between the founder and all direct / indirect reports.

📋 Track progress on projects, deliverables, and tasks.

⏱️ Ensure updates, follow-ups, commitments, and deadlines are consistently met.

3️⃣ KRA / KPI Tracking

📊 Maintain and update KRA / KPI sheets for multiple teams.

🧩 Consolidate weekly updates, identify delays or gaps, and flag them proactively.

📈 Bring discipline and structure to how goals and outcomes are tracked.

4️⃣ Communication & Documentation

✉️ Draft clear, sharp, founder-quality messages, emails, summaries, and instructions.

📝 Convert discussions into structured notes, action points, and follow-up lists.

📌 Maintain clarity between what was said, what was decided, and what needs to happen next.

🗣️ You must be exceptional at communication — polished, articulate, and precise.

5️⃣ Intelligent Use of AI Tools (GPT)

🤖 We expect you to :

Use GPT deeply in your workflow

Draft emails, summaries, and documents that feel personalised, not generic

Use AI to increase speed, quality, and output

Have strong judgment on what to automate and what to handle manually

🧠 Your communication must feel thoughtful — not “AI-written.”

6️⃣ Founder’s Office Projects

🚀 You will also be involved in short-term and long-term founder-led initiatives, such as :

Enterprise GTM research

Program launches

Cross-functional problem-solving

Coordination with IITs and enterprise partners

Founder’s presentations, documents, and prep work

Handling spontaneous, high-priority requests throughout the day
