Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the entire facility including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Plan and supervise daily operations related to HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, security, and janitorial services.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement facility policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Oversee space management, office moves, and workspace optimizations.
- Monitor facility budgets and control expenditures related to maintenance and operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and facility assets.
- Lead and train facility staff or outsourced teams to maintain service quality.
- Report facility status and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Proven experience (3–7 years) in facility management or related operations role.Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Skills and Competencies :
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.Attention to detail and proactive approach.Familiarity with facility management software (CMMS) and MS Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and liaise with various stakeholders.Work Environment : Skills Required
