Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Apartment Facility Manager. The Apartment Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of residential apartment complexes. Daily tasks include managing staff, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining property aesthetics and functionality. The manager will also be planning and executing routine inspections, repairs, and renovations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, and Resource Planning
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in vendor management and contract negotiations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus
• Relevant qualifications in Facility Management, Engineering, or related fields
