JD – Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with AI Agent & Generative AI Exposure
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with hands-on exposure to Oracle HCM AI capabilities and Oracle AI Agent usage. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation across Core HR and related HCM modules, understands how to leverage Oracle’s embedded AI features, and can work with AI Agents for configuration, troubleshooting, data insights, and operational efficiency. The candidate should be capable of applying Oracle HCM AI features in real business scenarios, guiding HR teams on usage, and ensuring reliable, compliant adoption of AI functionality across the HCM landscape.
Key Role and Responsibility
- Minimum 8–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR mandatory).
- Work with HR and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM configurations and AI-enabled solutions.
- Configure and support Core HR processes including enterprise structures, workforce administration, employment lifecycle, and foundational HCM setups.
- Utilize Oracle HCM AI features and Oracle AI Agent tools to streamline configuration analysis, impact checks, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks.
- Guide clients on how to use embedded AI, HR assistants, skills inference, conversational insights, and AI-driven actions within HCM Cloud.
- Support Recruiting, Talent, or other HCM modules (based on experience) and integrate them with native AI capabilities where applicable.
- Assist in testing AI-enabled flows, validating AI output accuracy, and identifying gaps or misconfigurations.
- Ensure secure and compliant usage of AI capabilities aligned with organizational policies and Oracle guidelines.
- Provide production support, diagnose issues, and execute resolutions using both standard configurations and AI-assisted tools.
- Conduct user enablement sessions and create documentation covering both functional processes and AI feature usage.
- Stay current with Oracle HCM quarterly releases, including AI-related enhancements, and evaluate their relevance for clients.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver stable, scalable HCM configurations and AI-supported operations.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, primarily Core HR.At least one full lifecycle implementation in Core HCM; experience across Recruiting / Talent / Benefits is an advantage.Working knowledge of Oracle HCM AI features such as AI Assistants, AI Agent usage, skills recommendations, and generative AI-enabled configuration support.Strong understanding of HCM business processes and standard Oracle functionality.Ability to evaluate AI-generated insights and ensure they align with business rules and HR policies.
