About the Role

We're looking for a Production Assistant (Videography) who can take full ownership of shoot logistics — ensuring smooth coordination between creators, anchors, and editors. You'll be responsible for everything that happens before, during, and after a shoot, so the creative team can focus on content quality instead of setups and coordination.

If you're someone who loves being on set, enjoys organizing production workflows, and has a good eye for framing and lighting, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Pre-Shoot Preparation

• Coordinate with scriptwriters, editors, and anchors to finalize shoot plans.
• Arrange shoot gear, lighting, props, and handle location permissions.
• Maintain and update the production calendar.
• Ensure scripts, thumbnails, and other creative assets are ready before the shoot.
