L2 Desktop + Network Support Engineer

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• 1–2 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience handling desktop / laptop hardware issues.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook setup and basic software support.
• Familiar with networking concepts — IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Hands-on with Active Directory (user management, password resets).
• Basic knowledge of antivirus, BitLocker, and remote support tools (TeamViewer / AnyDesk).
