We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of Security Alarm Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and CCTV Solutions . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories or sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting & Lead Generation :
- Identify and target potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct market research to generate new leads and qualify prospective clients.
- Sales & Business Development :
- Present, promote, and sell security solutions (CCTV, burglar alarms, fire alarms, access control, etc.) to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Proposal & Quotation :
- Prepare sales quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and RFP responses when required.
- Post-Sales Support :
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery and installation of systems.
- Provide after-sales support, training, and troubleshooting as needed.
Key Requirements :
Education : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.Experience :Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the security systems industry (CCTV, fire alarms, security alarms, etc.) preferred.Skills :Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Technical understanding of security and surveillance products.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance related to fire and security systems.Existing network of industry contacts and potential clients.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.Education
