Advanced Java & Frameworks : Proficiency in advanced Java concepts and frameworks like Spring.

Architecture & Design Patterns : Strong understanding of software architecture principles and object-oriented design patterns.

Databases & SQL : Experience with database design and writing efficient SQL queries.

Development Tools : Familiarity with tools such as Eclipse IDE and related debugging or profiling tools.

Agile Methodologies : Experience with agile development processes and ceremonies.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
