Job description

Apex Skills Ask how they write smart and efficient code that works well with large data. Request them to write a sample Apex snippet or trigger.

Security Check how they ensure only the right users can view or modify data including their understanding of sharing rules and FLS.

LWC Ask how they build fast modern user interfaces and manage component communication. Request them to write JavaScript method sometimes

Flows See how they use Flows to automate business processes and handle errors or complex logic.

Integration Ask how they connect Salesforce with external systems including handling APIs authentication and data exchange.

Visualforce Pages Check if theyve worked with legacy VF pages and how they manage controllers and page logic. Good to Have (Optional)

Aura Knowledge Ask if theyve used Aura components and how they handle events server calls and performance.

Experience Cloud See how they build and manage portals for customers or partners focusing on access control and customization.- Good to have but a least candidate should know basic of it.
