As a BDE, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients
Schedule meetings and follow up on leads
Support the team with client research and proposal preparation
Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools (training will be provided)
