International Specialist

Experience Required : 1-2 years (night shift experience)

Location : Brookefield, near Marathahalli, Bangalore

Shift Timings : 06 : 30 PM to 03 : 30 AM & 05 : 30 PM to 02 : 30 AM

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent.
• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Handle recruitment for both IT and non-IT positions across various industry domains.
• Analyze job descriptions and identify key qualifications to effectively match suitable candidate profiles.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Adapt efficiently to US time zones and maintain high productivity during night shifts.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and ensure accurate documentation and reporting throughout the hiring process.
