Role purpose : Who You Are

Ready to take up the challenge & be in the mindset of driving Digital Transformation for the dynamic & rapidly changing world of Customer CARE (3000+ FTEs). The Product Management lead role allow you to create the future for CARE by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to transform the customer experience, drive productivity & cost enhancements and transform the employee experience. The role spanning across markets for CARE involves the following :

Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership

• Lead the team of Product Owners
• Build scalable products across markets; Design & implement product roadmaps.
• Own the Product Development Lifecycle from value identification, quantification, and Business Case to value Delivery & benefit realisation.
• Build implementation road map of digital stack based on digital capabilities.
• Drive solution deployment from CARE to other verticals and assess digital solutions from other verticals as best fit for CARE.
• E2E responsible for driving digital efficiencies target across Care.
• Liaoning with several teams including IO, Local markets, CARE Operations, CARE Planning, IT, Finance & HR teams.
• Periodically review with Senior leadership of CARE, IO & Local Markets
• Align product objectives with process KPIs.
• Timely reporting for periodic review meetings
