Job Summary :
Horizontal Integration India Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Lead – Finance & Accounts with 8+ years of experience in managing accounts payable, end-to-end accounting, compliances, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy in financial operations, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely closing of books.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee end-to-end AP processes including bill processing, accounting, and payment applications
Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments
Manage daily accounting functions including general ledger, journal entries, and transaction recording
Handle month-end and year-end financial closing
Prepare monthly TDS and GST workings
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and tax laws
Manage and monitor cost allocation across multiple entities
Ensure accurate inter-company accounting and reporting
Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Profit & Loss Statements on monthly basis
Support management in financial planning and analysis
Conduct periodic variance analysis and reporting
Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or Zoho Finance Suite
