Job descriptionEndpoint Management : Deploying, configuring, and managing Windows, macOS, and Linux devices. Utilizing tools like Jamf Pro and ManageEngine Endpoint Central for device enrollment, configuration profiles, and software deployment. Implementing and maintaining endpoint security solutions, such as CrowdStrike Falcon. Patch Management : Planning, testing, and deploying operating system patches and software updates across various endpoint environments. Ensuring timely application of security fixes to minimize vulnerabilities. Security Configuration : Configuring and maintaining security policies, including device access controls, data encryption, and firewalls. Monitoring security events and alerts, and responding to potential threats. Threat Analysis and Response : Analyzing security threats and incidents, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Collaborating with security teams to address and resolve security issues. System Administration (Linux) : Installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux servers and systems. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on Linux systems. System Maintenance : Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system upgrades, and equipment installations. Documentation and Training : Creating and maintaining documentation for endpoint management procedures and security configurations. Providing training and support to end-users on best practices for endpoint security.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Operating Systems : Strong experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Endpoint Management : Experience with Jamf Pro, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, or similar tools.
- Security : Understanding of endpoint security principles, threat analysis, and security tools like CrowdStrike.
- Scripting : Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
