Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Dialogflow CX Developer to design, develop, and optimize intelligent conversational agents.

The role requires expertise in building complex conversational flows, cloud integrations, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality chatbot Responsibilities :

• Design and implement complex conversational flows, including intents, entities, and fulfillment logic using cloud functions, webhooks, or other technologies.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Implement and maintain error handling and logging mechanisms.
• Monitor and analyze agent performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver solutions.
• Establish and contribute to best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dialogflow CX agent performance.
• Define best practices for testing, deployment, and monitoring of chat platform Skills & Experience :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 69 years of overall software development experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in developing and deploying Dialogflow CX solutions.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team Skills & Experience :
• Google Cloud Certified (Professional Cloud Architect or Cloud Developer).
• Experience with Swift and / or Kotlin.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest).
• Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL database technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
