This role is responsible for ensuring the system operates efficiently, supports HR functions, and enhances user experience. The HRMS Administrator will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to implement system updates, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to end users.Key Responsibilities : System Administration & Maintenance : Manage and configure the HRMS, ensuring smooth operation and data integrityPerform system updates, patches, and troubleshooting as neededMaintain system security by managing user roles, permissions, and accessEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policiesStrong working experience on all HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, HR Ops, PMS etc)Manage HCM system configurationsHandle organizational structure maintenanceExecute year-end activities and system upgradesLead integration testing for new and existing vendor modulesDevelop and maintain interfacesEvaluate and implement RPA solutionsTroubleshoot technical issuesProcess HR transactions and update recordsHandle employee queries and system issuesManage employee lifecycle changesHRMS Optimization & Support : Create and enhance web applicationsAutomate HR processesCustomize systems as per business requirementsAnalyze system performance and recommend improvementsWork with vendors and IT teams to resolve system issuesStay updated on HR technology trends and recommend upgrades or enhancementsEnsure the HRMS integrates effectively with payroll, benefits, and other HR applicationsData Management & Reporting : Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and management within the HRMSGenerate reports and dashboards for HR analytics, compliance, and decision-makingAssist HR teams with data extraction and analysis for workforce planningUser Training & Support : Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on system useDevelop user guides, FAQs, and training materialsServe as the primary point of contact for HRMS-related inquiriesQualifications & Skills : Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience : 10+ years of experience in HRMS administration, HR technology, or HRIS supportWorking knowledge of Oracle HCM preferred or should be familiarity with HRMS platforms such as Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similarKnowledge of SQL, database managementStrong understanding of HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance requirementsProficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and ExcelExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and training abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications : Experience with HRMS implementation or system migrations
