Support the financial and commercial management of Global Business Services (GBS), ensuring accurate reporting, governance, and cost transparency.Perform detailed financial analysis, cost modeling, and tracking of service delivery performance across GBS functions.Assist in developing and maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs), chargeback mechanisms, and cost allocation models.Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.Monitor and report on commercial KPIs, identifying areas for operational and financial improvement.Support business case development, value realization, and benefit tracking for GBS initiatives.Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and audit requirements across all commercial activities.Prepare executive-level dashboards, presentations, and insights for senior stakeholders.Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within the commercial finance function.Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, offering insights that support strategic and operational decisions.Key Responsibilities :
