Lead the Commercial function within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization, ensuring alignment with corporate financial strategies and business objectives.Drive commercial governance, compliance, and financial transparency across all GBS services and partner engagements.Collaborate with global stakeholders to build and manage service-level agreements (SLAs), chargeback models, and cost allocations.Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GBS operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.Implement performance measurement frameworks and KPIs to track value realization and operational efficiency.Support strategic initiatives, cost transformation programs, and business case development for new GBS initiatives.Manage vendor financial performance, contract compliance, and value delivery through regular review processes.Provide financial insights, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership for decision support and continuous improvement.Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities :
