Role Description
- We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive measurable growth across digital channels. The role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing high-performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to accelerate both customer acquisition and retention.
- You’ll be responsible for budget management, targeting, A / B testing, retargeting, and mapping complete user journeys. Experience in e-commerce marketing and app marketing (with tools like Clevertap or similar) is a must. Strong technical skills in pixel setup, GTM / Gtag , and campaign tracking are essential.
- You’ll collaborate closely with sales, design, and product teams to launch unified campaigns that deliver strong ROI and long-term impact.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) .Manage budgets, targeting, and A / B testing to maximize ROI.Analyze campaign data and prepare reports with actionable insights.Map and optimize user journeys — from acquisition to retention.Set up pixels, GTM / Gtag for accurate tracking.Run high-performing campaigns for e-commerce, including product listings on Google and Facebook.Execute app marketing campaigns with tools like Clevertap (or similar).Run in-app marketing and retargeting campaigns to engage inactive users.Manage remarketing funnels to boost conversions.App Marketing via push notifications to boost engagement and conversions.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, design, and product teams to launch unified and high-impact campaigns.Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with HotJar or similar tools to understand user behavior and optimize funnels.Must Haves
3-7 years of experience in paid marketing or performance marketing roles.Hands-on experience in conversion tracking, campaign setup, and optimization across ad platforms.Strong knowledge of Google Analytics .Proven experience working in the e-commerce industry .Experience in product listing ads for Google and Facebook.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for growth.App Marketing experience via push notifications is a must.
