About the Role
WeDo Marketing is hiring an Influencer Executive to lead multilingual campaign execution. If you’ve managed creators, built scripts in South Indian languages, and delivered campaigns at scale, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of influencer / UGC campaigns
- Source, brief, and coordinate with Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam creators (bonus : other regional languages)
- Review and refine scripts / content for brand fit + cultural relevance
- Track campaign performance (views, engagement, CTR, CAC) and prepare reports
- Maintain the creator database and performance records
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing / UGC executionPrior agency experience is a must (handling multiple brands / campaigns)Strong knowledge of Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam (must-have)Proven experience in script creation / review for regional campaignsExcellent coordination & communication skillsComfortable with campaign reporting and basic analyticsCandidate Preferences
Prior work with South Indian creatorsFamiliarity with Instagram, YouTube, Reels / Shorts trendsOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environmentsTools & Platforms
Experience using Google Sheets / Excel for reportingFamiliarity with social media insights dashboards (Instagram / YouTube)Bonus : Exposure to influencer toolsSoft Skills
