Job descriptionExperience as a Virtual Assistant , Marketing Coordinator , or Project Assistant preferred. Excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace , Microsoft Office , and project management tools . Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus. Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and follow-through. Comfortable working 4 PM – 12 AM and communicating with remote teams. A proactive, reliable problem-solver with great attention to detail. Comfortable working independently while staying highly organized. Interested in marketing and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced team.
Virtual Marketing Assistant (Remote | Full-Time | 4 PM–12 AM)
Location : Remote
Schedule : 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM (your local time or specify timezone)
Reports To : Marketing Project Manager or Account Lead
About the Role
We’re looking for a Virtual Marketing Assistant to help keep our marketing operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in data entry, project coordination, communication, and light project management . This is a full-time remote role ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and detail-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and organize performance data from platforms like Google Analytics , Meta Ads , and Ads .
- Watch client meeting recordings and send clear recap emails with action items.
- Create and assign tasks in ClickUp , Slack , or similar tools.
- Conduct research on markets, audiences, and competitors.
- Maintain advertising matrices with updated budgets and performance.
- Proof marketing materials for correct links, spelling, and formatting.
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track deliverables, monitor campaign timelines, and support project managers.
