Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth marketing initiatives across India and Europe. This role will focus prioritized business segment and building sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to drive revenue growth in these critical markets. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that align with our aggressive expansion goals while working closely with sales, product, and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies for India and Europe markets
Drive market penetration and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives
Collaborate with regional sales leadership to identify high-value enterprise opportunities
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Design and implement scalable ABM programs targeting focused segments across India and Europe
Build 1 : 1, 1 : Few, and 1 : Many ABM strategies tailored to regional market dynamics
Partner with sales teams to identify, prioritize, and tier target accounts based on revenue potential
Create personalized, multi-channel campaigns for high-value enterprise prospects
Develop account-specific content and messaging that resonates with key decision-makers
Enterprise Marketing Leadership
Lead enterprise marketing initiatives targeting large enterprises, fleet operators and logistics companies.
Develop sophisticated lead generation and nurturing programs for complex B2B sales cycles
Create compelling value propositions for enterprise segments including employee transportation, logistics, oil & gas, and other key verticals.
Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and thought leaders
Campaign Management & Execution
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media
Manage marketing automation platforms and ABM tools (experience with 6Sense, Demandbase, or similar preferred)
Coordinate integrated campaigns including content marketing, events, webinars, and direct outreach
Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing and data analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure marketing-sales alignment
Collaborate with market insights and wider marketing to develop region-specific messaging and positioning
Partner with content marketing teams to create compelling, localized content
Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting to local markets
Analytics & Performance Management
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure growth marketing effectiveness
Provide regular reporting on pipeline generation, conversion rates, and ROI
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance
Track and analyze customer acquisition costs and lifetime value by region
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
10+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology companies, preferably SaaS or IoT
P roven experience in growth marketing and ABM campaign management
Deep experience in enterprise marketing targeting large commercial accounts
Track record of driving significant revenue growth in international markets
Technical Skills
Expertise with ABM technologies and platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and attribution modeling
Experience with multi-channel campaign management and optimization
Strategic & Leadership Capabilities
Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies in multiple geographic markets
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and buying processes
Experience building and scaling ABM programs from ground up
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Regional Market Knowledge
Understanding of India and European business cultures and market dynamics
Experience with localized marketing approaches and regional compliance requirements
Ability to work across multiple time zones and collaborate with remote teams
Fluency in English required; additional European or Indian languages a plus
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Background in AI / ML or IoT technology marketing
Previous experience with high-growth unicorn or scale-up companies
Demonstrated success in building marketing programs that support aggressive revenue targets
Location & Work Arrangement
This role is based in Bengaluru, India with travel requirements between regions. We offer flexible hybrid work arrangements with the expectation of collaboration across time zones.
