Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who can lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle while staying hands-on with technology. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with deep technical expertise across modern data platforms, full stack development, and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across data, full stack, and DevOps disciplines.
• Drive product development from architecture to deployment for our data platform.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to align on roadmap and delivery.
• Establish engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Design and implement data pipelines using Apache Airflow, Trino, Superset, and DataHub.
• Oversee full stack development components that integrate data and visualization layers.
• Manage cloud-native deployments on AWS, Azure, and GCP, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes.
• Implement and manage MLOps workflows using MLflow and JupyterHub.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure adherence to performance and cost-efficiency goals.
