Senior HR Business Partner

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join us and to be based ideally in Hyderabad (preferred location), Bangalore or Noida. In this role, you will partner with and build relationships across the HR function to enable a One Microsoft approach to our employee experiences (pan-India role).

We're looking for someone who enjoys working across the ecosystem to drive continuous improvement and program management. You will have strong partnership and collaboration skills to partner across the entire HR function. You will lead, manage, and drive clarity for ensuring we are maintaining a contemporary knowledge of local laws, regulations, standards, and emerging trends that may affect HR policies and execution of these.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology or related field AND 7+ years experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies. OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in employee relations and HR Compliance.
