The Travel Desk Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all travel-related activities for employees, including ticketing, accommodation, visa processing, transportation, and travel documentation. The role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and seamless travel arrangements while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Job Description : Travel Desk Executive (Contractual)

Position Summary

The Travel Desk Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all travel-related activities for employees, including ticketing, accommodation, visa processing, transportation, and travel documentation. The role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and seamless travel arrangements while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings, rebookings, and cancellations.
• Coordinate hotel reservations, ground transportation, and travel itineraries.
• Manage visa applications, travel insurance, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and assist in travel budget management.
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and guidelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding travel requirements or issues.
• Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies for corporate rates and contracts.
• Monitor travel schedules, provide updates, and ensure timely communication.
• Support emergency travel needs and resolve travel disruptions promptly.
