The Senior Associate – New Initiatives is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker, creator, and doer — someone who can dream big, build fast, and scale intelligently.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and CXOs , owning Joveo’s most ambitious new growth bets — from identifying white spaces to launching AI-led initiatives that evolve into multi-million-dollar business lines.

This role isn’t about maintaining processes or making decks.

It’s about conceiving bold ideas , validating them through data and experimentation, and bringing them to life with precision and purpose.

Think of it as being part of Joveo’s internal “innovation studio” — a team that transforms possibilities into measurable outcomes.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Think like a founder — identify high-impact business opportunities at the intersection of AI, data, and recruitment technology.
• Lead end-to-end initiative lifecycles : from discovery and ideation to proof-of-concept, scaling, and revenue realization.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Data Science teams to transform conceptual ideas into live, monetizable solutions .
• Evaluate and shape AI-led business models that can unlock new value pools for Joveo and its clients.
• Build strong feedback loops — measure what matters, learn fast, and adapt to maximize impact.
• Create the playbooks, frameworks, and operational blueprints to scale early-stage pilots into sustainable business lines.
• Drive execution excellence — ensuring ideas move beyond slides to real-world adoption, outcomes, and growth.
• Be the architect of new growth stories — not just the executor.
