About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Media Planner with hands-on experience in media planning, campaign analysis, and cross-channel optimization. The candidate will be responsible for developing effective media strategies, managing campaign executions, and ensuring optimal performance across offline and digital media platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and recommend media planning strategies to attract and retain customers, boost brand recognition, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Determine the optimal media mix (TV, Radio, Print, Digital) to meet campaign objectives and target audience requirements.
- Plan and monitor ad campaigns, ensuring efficient execution and performance optimization.
- Analyze campaign data, track KPIs (GRPs, Reach, Frequency, SOV, SOE, etc.), and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with clients and vendors to ensure smooth planning, buying, and execution processes.
- Coordinate with broadcasters and other media partners for campaign implementation and reporting.
- Work on post-campaign analysis and competitive benchmarking reports using tools like BARC, MAP, and Tableau.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and campaign evaluations to clients.
Required Skills & Tools :
