Location : - Surat

• Expedite the MEP procurement (Long lead items), vendor onboarding.
• Tracking of all the packages, timely delivery of long items.
• Day to day meeting with vendor, design consultant and client for the closure of all MEPF & HVAC packages.
• Vendor co-ordination for all MEPF & HVAC works at site as per agreed DBR and technical specifications.
• Ensure Quality, schedule for discipline, and ensure permits required for construction
• Conducting Toolbox Talk with teams before start of work
• Take planning and support seniors in ensuring execution as per planning
• Collect and submit data for progress tracking.
