Role in a Nutshell

As a Growth Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy to increase Marketing Pipe and align with business objectives. You will mentor a team of content strategists, technical marketers, leveraging your expertise in Problem Solving, Communication, and Leadership to drive business metrics.

Desired Experience

  • 6 years of experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Prior experience in management consulting, growth strategy, or product strategy is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing long-term business plans and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring teams.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for performance tracking.
  • What will you do Strategy Development & Implementation

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with business goals to drive marketing pipe.
  • Identify, prioritize, and manage strategic initiatives to enhance product revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and business priorities.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Manage and mentor a team of content strategists, technical marketers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Set direction and establish clear goals for the Digital Marketing Team.
  • Performance Analysis & Market Insights

  • Analyze and track marketing performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine strategies.
  • Leverage insights to inform long-term content plans and improve content ROI.
  • Strategic Execution

  • Lead key projects or workstreams related to the company's growth and product strategy.
  • Take ownership of strategic initiatives, driving them from conceptualization to execution and outcome assessment.
