Job Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager / Business Development Executive to lead our sales efforts in Bangalore . This role requires strong knowledge of the commercial real estate market and a proven track record in driving business growth through strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking across the Bangalore market.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Represent Cityinfo's service offerings and maintain consistent client engagement.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Share actionable market feedback and contribute to service innovation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure detailed reporting of sales activity.
  • Key Qualifications & Skills :

  • 2-6 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or business development (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and quick to adapt.
  • Professional presence and confident client handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to take initiative, manage time effectively, and work independently or in a team.
