Key Responsibilities :
Conduct discovery calls and qualification meetings with leads
Present company capabilities and services through pitch decks and customized presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects, define deliverables, and prepare proposals
Manage the proposal process end-to-end, including pricing and timeline discussions
Serve as the main point of contact for leads and clients during the pre-sales process
Maintain ongoing communication with leads in the sales pipeline using CRM tools
Provide light account management support as deals transition into active projects
Required Qualifications :
Experience working with or selling for a web design or digital marketing agency
Strong understanding of WordPress and open-source web technologies
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Skilled in preparing and presenting pitch decks to prospective clients
Familiarity with project scoping and budgeting
Proven experience in preparing professional, customized proposals
Solid account management and client communication skills
