Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Head based in Kochi. The Academic Head will be responsible for managing educational activities, developing and implementing curricula, coordinating with educators, and overseeing the educational team. The role includes improving educational processes, ensuring high-quality academic delivery, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with students.

Qualifications

• Educational Management and Team Management skills
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Education
• Strong Communication abilities
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field
