Role Overview
The Head of Admissions will lead the admissions function at APCA Bangalore, driving student enrolment strategies, managing the admissions team, and ensuring a smooth and effective admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement annual admissions plans aligned with business targets.
Forecast, track, and report admissions performance and conversion ratios.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team for achieving individual and collective goals.
Ensure training and skill development of the admissions staff.
Student Recruitment & Conversion
Oversee the end-to-end admissions cycle : enquiry management, counseling, application processing, interviews, and enrolments.
Ensure timely and personalized communication with prospects and applicants.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Process & Compliance
Maintain transparency, accuracy, and confidentiality in the admissions process.
Ensure adherence to institutional policies and statutory compliance requirements.
Continuously improve admissions systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management on admissions progress.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and student feedback to inform decisions.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in admissions (preferably in education).
