Head - Brand & Content Strategy is the role?

We are looking for a brand strategy leader who will work closely with the senior leadership team to establish and chart out the overall brand communication, content marketing strategy and its tactical execution adhering to marketing goals that result in driving brand awareness and profitable growth.

The incumbent will be a creative leader with deep consumer understanding and extensive experience in the product / service lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities :

• Develop brand strategy and define the company's annual marketing roadmap both online and offline.
• Drive Share of voice with an aspiration to be a category leader.
• Serve the role of brand custodian for all communications & content from tactical, internal, external to social media by creating brand marketing playbook & guidelines.
• Analyse performance and the ongoing trend of key content metrics, develop audience insights and a deep understanding of the BFSI industry to build a content communication strategy across marketing channels.
• Conduct content deep-dives and compile thoughtful post-mortem analyses to determine areas for optimization and improvement.
• Conduct analysis of key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators in partnership with creative and business teams.
• Brief external and in house creative teams on content requirements and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
• Define core TG, value proposition & elasticitys around core benefits & create short, long term brand content strategy.
• Create cadence for consumer research, competition research and brand tracking on core brand attributes & full funnel criteria.
• Liaise with design and media agencies to share brief on the campaign; review execution to ensure adherence to SLAs and monitor quality of execution.
• Manage and control the brand portfolio budget.
• Create monthly, quarterly and annual plans ensuring budget vs.actual compliance on spend.
• Develop & execute customized plans for both top line and bottom-line growth of company.
• Develop and manage a fit-for-course agency network, in house team to ensure effective and efficient execution of brand strategy across mediums eg. Digital, Radio, TV, OOH etc.
• Plan and execute branding initiatives, ATL and BTL activities for the brands.
• Set, monitor and report on team goals.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
