Hiring for Content Strategist- Personal Branding

Location : Hybrid (Lalbaug, Mumbai)- 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Experience : 1–2 years

At On The Grow , we build social-first personal brands for influencers, founders, and creators who want to tell stories that actually stick. We’re looking for a Content Strategist who can blend ideas, insight and storytelling to make every post feel intentional and unforgettable.

What You’ll Do :

• Ideate and strategize content for influencer, creator, and founder-led accounts
• Build personal-brand storytelling through organic ideas, scripts, and trend-based content
• Develop creative directions for paid collaborations and campaign concepts
• Research references, tones, and visual directions for shoots and scripts
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to bring concepts to life
• Track what’s trending and turn even the most ordinary topics into scroll-stoppers
