Job descriptionManage end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and execute campus hiring strategies to attract top talent from leading institutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions. Conduct headhunting exercises to identify key skills required for critical roles within the organization. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to employment law.
