• Lead the execution of TA programs and practices related to workforce planning / management in ANSR. Partner closely with senior stakeholders across different internal functions to define & lead strategic initiatives that can support the achievement of business goals.
• Work with functional TA teams to drive operational excellence, adopt data-driven decision making and implement best practices.
• Highly Metrics-driven individual with team-handling experience.
• Driving the full spectrum of supply management from a COE standpoint.
• Identifying and partnering with external providers / vendors / partners as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
• Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
• Establish best practices around sourcing function
