Job descriptionIdentify and engage with higher education institutions, technical colleges, and universities to introduce FutureTech programs. Build and maintain relationships with faculty coordinators, student clubs, and placement cells. Support onboarding of institutions and align them with program objectives. Coordinate with trainers and program teams to schedule sessions, webinars, hackathons, and bootcamps. Assist in facilitating interactive sessions and student engagement activities (online & offline). Respond to queries from students and faculty to ensure smooth communication. Collaborate with content teams to curate program materials, presentations, and outreach collateral. Share program updates, success stories, and schedules through emails, newsletters, and social media posts. Support development of marketing materials for institutional outreach. Maintain accurate data on outreach activities, program registrations, and participant engagement. Track feedback and compile reports to inform program improvements. Use CRM tools, Excel, or dashboards for timely data updates. Assist in planning and executing on-ground events, partner meetups, and virtual webinars. Coordinate logistics, communication, and follow-up for FutureTech events. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional language proficiency is a plus). Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable with data entry, analysis, and reporting tools. Creative mindset for engagement activities, social media campaigns, or student programs. Graduate degree in Business, Communications, Social Work, Education, or related fields. 0–2 years of experience in outreach, student engagement, program coordination, or stakeholder-facing roles. Familiarity with higher education institutions, skilling programs, or CSR / social impact initiatives desirable. Willingness to travel within project locations as required.
