We are seeking a high-performing Senior Lead Generation Specialist to drive global demand generation and sales pipeline growth.This role is crucial for executing a sophisticated, AI-enhanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, targeting top-tier global decision-makers (CXOs, CTOs, HR Leaders) for VAYUZ's innovative service portfolio.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) :
Strategic Research & Prospecting (Global ABM Ownership)
- ABM Strategy : Own and drive the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy from conception to execution for global markets, ensuring targeted and personalized engagement.
- Target Identification : Conduct deep research and design tailored ABM strategies to effectively engage global decision-makers, including CXOs, CTOs, and HR leaders.
- AI & Prioritization : Leverage AI tools and platforms for advanced lead scoring, prospect prioritization, and extracting critical industry and account-level insights.
- Multi-Channel Outreach & Engagement
- Outreach Execution : Drive and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns across high-value touchpoints : LinkedIn, personalized email sequences, targeted calls, virtual webinars, and industry events.
- Nurturing : Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated email nurturing sequences engineered to convert early-stage prospects into qualified sales opportunities (MQLs / SQLs).
- Mentorship : Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring colleagues and peers on outreach best practices, with a focus on deep email personalization, effective follow-ups, and messaging refinement.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Content Collaboration : Collaborate closely with Content and Design teams to architect and execute end-to-end email strategies, including high-converting templates, newsletters, and complex automated workflows.
- A / B Testing & AI Personalization : Run rigorous A / B tests and deploy AI-driven personalization techniques to continuously optimize key performance levers like subject lines, CTAs, and copy effectiveness.
- Social Distribution : Distribute and accurately track social media and email campaigns to ensure maximum reach and engagement with target accounts.
- CRM Hygiene & Performance Reporting
- Data Integrity : Ensure strict CRM discipline-maintaining complete and accurate data on all lead activities, interactions, and stages.
- KPI Ownership : Track, analyze, and report on critical demand generation KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, demos scheduled, pipeline value generated, and detailed email performance metrics.
- ROI Presentation : Present insightful campaign analytics and Return on Investment (ROI) reports to leadership, guiding future strategic investment decisions.
- Demand Generation Ownership : Lead and own end-to-end demand generation campaigns targeting prospects across VAYUZ's full service portfolio : AI Inclusive Digital Engineering, Product Engineering, DXD, RAPYD Talent Solution, and Bitovn Suite.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience in Lead Generation, Demand Generation, or Business Development, specifically within the IT / Technology services sector.
- ABM Proficiency : Proven track record in developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting large enterprises or global markets.
- Technical Tools : Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales is a plus.
- Communication : Exceptional written communication skills for crafting high-performing email copy and engaging outreach content
