Genesys Developer (Sr)

Position Description :

Job Summary : Design, develop, and implement Genesys-based call flows and routing strategies. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and understand requirements. Integrate Genesys with backend systems and third-party platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in call routing and IVR. Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices. Monitor and enhance system performance

Must have skills :

• Genesys Cloud CX with Genesys Dialog Engine (GDE) or Genesys DX
• Bot and NLP development using Genesys AI tools
• Experience in building Conversational IVR, chatbots, and voicebots
• Integration with third-party NLP engines like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson
• Strong knowledge of Genesys Architect Flows and call routing
• Hands-on experience with Bot Flows, Intents, Slot Filling, and Training datasets
