Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with international customers (via calls, emails, or chat) to understand their insurance needs.
• Promote and sell various insurance products (Health, Life, Term, etc.) based on customer requirements.
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in comparing suitable plans.
• Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and excellent service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain performance standards.
• Maintain records of interactions and sales in CRM systems.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, processes, and compliance requirements.
