We are seeking a visionary Brand Director to lead and elevate the brand across all initiatives. This role goes beyond design or communications - it requires building a cohesive brand system, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Integrity, Growth, and Excellence, and translating branding efforts into measurable business and trust outcomes.
The Brand Director will own brand strategy, creative direction, campaign storytelling, and brand health measurement while working closely with marketing, partnerships, PR, and product teams. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Architecture
- Define and maintain the brand architecture for the brand and sub-brands
- Establish positioning frameworks to differentiate while ensuring coherence across initiatives.
- Develop brand playbooks and guidelines for messaging, tone, and identity.
2. Creative Direction & Visual Identity
Lead visual identity design across all digital and offline touchpoints.Build and manage brand asset libraries (logos, templates, campaign kits) for scalability.Oversee creative campaigns ensuring they are distinctive, consistent, and aligned with brand ethos.3. Integrated Campaigns & Storytelling
Conceptualize and execute high-impact brand campaigns (digital, offline, PR-driven).Build storytelling strategies around key launches, partnerships, and Big Bets.Own content and creative calendars, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.4. Internal Brand Culture
Embed brand values internally through communication, training, and culture-building.Ensure all teams, from business acquisition to partnerships, reflect brand ethos in interactions.5. PR & Media Alignment
Work with PR and leadership teams to synchronize media presence with brand strategy.Build brand kits, media kits, and narrative frameworks for external communication.Position leadership as thought leaders in MFD growth and investor education.6. Digital Brand Experience
Audit and optimize digital touchpoints (websites, ads, CRM flows, social media) for a unified brand experience.Partner with product and growth teams to ensure brand consistency across user journeys.7. Measurement & Brand Healt h
Define and track brand health KPIs (recall, sentiment, share of voice, NPS).Create brand dashboards linking brand-building to acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics.Report insights regularly to leadership and use them to refine campaigns.
