Your tasks
- Deliver professional calibration & repair service to our customers and contribute to company's growth
- To ensure on time calibration & repair of customer devices to meet Service KPI, Travel to provide AMC related support activities at customer premises, Daily update of ERP system to be in line with service process, Contribute to Internal and External audits viz ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 audit, Efficient support to general system administrative functions (To admin, Finance & Sales)
- Weekly update to Service Manager on various tasks and take necessary actions based on feedback / suggestions, Participation and support to ISO / Internal / RSM Audits, Frequently travel for onsite calibration based on requirement
Your Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering (b-e / B Tech) with Electronics and Communication Discipline with 4-5 years of experience in Calibration and repair Industry or experience in RF and MW service support industryAnalytical problem-solving ability in fault finding and diagnosticsSound knowledge on RF and MW Basics, RF Power Measurements, basic knowledge on wireless technologies viz GSM, LTE, 4G & 5GHands on experience with troubleshooting and repair of Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators and Vector Signal Generators etcTechnical skills and knowledge to analyze the calibration result and take necessary action on repair / diagnosis of the devicePreferably with SAP KnowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsSkills Required
