🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Merchandiser & Purchase Executive to support sampling, vendor coordination, production follow-ups, and raw material sourcing within our textile unit.

If you enjoy balancing merchandising + purchasing responsibilities, this role is perfect for you!

📘 Qualifications

🎓 Graduate in any discipline

⭐ Preferred :

Textile Technology
Fashion Merchandising
Supply Chain Management

🧵 Experience

2–4 years in a textile / garment manufacturing unit

Experience in merchandising + purchase

🟦 Key Responsibilities

🔷 Merchandising

Coordinate between Merchandising Head & vendors

Understand buyer requirements & tech packs

Handle sampling, approvals & communication

Track production timelines

Maintain records of approvals & orders

Support pre-production communication

🔷 Purchase

Source fabrics, trims, accessories & packaging

Raise POs as per production plan

Negotiate with suppliers for quality & pricing

Track material deliveries

Conduct basic QC checks

Maintain strong vendor relationships
