Employment Type : On-role Interview Mode : Walk-In. Rounds : 2–3 face-to-face rounds Languages Required : Malayalam (Fluent) & Basic English

    • Eligibility

  • Qualification : ITI / Diploma / B.Tech – preferably automobile or mechanical
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in automobile service advisory or customer-handling roles

    • Compensation

  • Up to 25,000 - 30,000 Gross Salary.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer communication, complaints & service requirements
  • Conduct job card opening, delivery & service follow-up
  • Coordinate between technician & customer
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
