A service advisor is responsible for greeting customers, listening to their vehicle concerns, scheduling appointments, and communicating between customers and technicians to ensure smooth service.​

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ask about their vehicle issues or service needs.​
• Schedule and manage service appointments and keep customers updated on progress.​
• Explain repair plans, estimated costs, and warranty coverage to customers.​
• Work with technicians to accurately describe customer concerns and ensure proper repairs are made.​
• Handle billing, payments, and necessary paperwork for services performed.​
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and satisfaction.​
