Role Overview
The HR Head will lead the Human Resources function for the hospital, overseeing all HR operations including recruitment, performance management, training, payroll, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with hospital objectives.
- Supervise recruitment, induction, and employee retention programs.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, and performance appraisals.
- Drive learning & development programs and talent management initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead HR audits, manpower planning, and workforce analytics.
- Advise management on HR best practices and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary HR teams.Strong understanding of hospital HR policies and compliance laws.Excellent communication and decision-making skills.What We Offer
