Job descriptionGenerate and qualify leads through online / offline channels, industry expos, and Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities. Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance. Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Drive digital presence via LinkedIn and other B2B platforms with marketing content Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related Minimum 2–3 years of marketing / sales experience in the EMS or electronics Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies. Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows. Existing network of contacts in OEM / ODM industries (Automotive, Industrial, Experience working with international clients. Passionate about electronics and product development.
