Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through outbound campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and campaign follow-ups.

Identify and engage decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data, interactions, and status.

Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and transfer warm leads.

Track and report KPIs related to outreach, conversions, and pipeline impact.

Assist in developing lead generation strategies and email sequences.

Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity domain.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot / Zoho CRM, Apollo or similar platforms.

Ability to research and understand customer pain points and tailor outreach accordingly.

Proactive, target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Fixed Monthly Salary : As per industry standards (based on experience and skillset).

Commission Model :

compensation per qualified lead converted into opportunity.

Up to 3%–5% commission on closed deals generated from your leads.
