Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Modeler. The Structural Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of building structures using advanced BIM software. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, ensuring models meet all design requirements, updating models with design changes, and coordinating with various project teams. The Structural Modeler will also contribute to improving modeling processes and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software and 3D modeling experience, including software such as Revit
• Expert to create Reinforcement details.
• Proficiency in using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D software
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction practices
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication (English proficiency required) and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the AEC industry is a plus
